I am writing this letter regarding the basement construction project in our home completed by Gary Summers in August 2012. Let me state up front that the quality of work, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is first rate. From the early design phase of the project and throughout the construction, Gary was responsive to our needs and he was forthright and honest in his dealings with us. There were never any surprises and he did everything he said he was going to do; and he did it on time.
More impressive than just the quality of the work, however, was Gary’s professionalism and that of the excellent group of subcontractors that he employed on our job site. Like Gary, they were courteous and dedicated professionals; and the quality of their work speaks for itself.
From start to finish, the project was a great experience for us and Gary and his team of craftsmen were frankly a pleasure to work with. Our finished basement is a wonderful addition to our home and it reflects Gary’s dedication to his craft and excellence. Without question, Gary has our highest recommendation.
