Carol and I are delighted with our new basement apartment! While we had fairly high hopes of a nice set of rooms going into the project , what you and your team created is truly a remarkable living space. We have already gotten many compliments on the design, layout and craftsmanship.
Please pass along our thanks and appreciation to your subcontractors who all did such a wonderful quality job. It’s obvious that you have selected only the best and most courteous people to work with you and your clients. Between you and them the work area was neat and tidy after every workday.
Gary, we really appreciate all of your input into the design and construction as well as selecting quality and low cost supplies for our project. We were surprised at first when you told us it would take only four weeks to do the job, but your work was completed well in advance.
