“Right on target”
When we first met with Gary about finishing our basement, he was very candid. He said, “As you consider proposals from other contractors, I may not be the cheapest or the most expensive, but I will do a good job and I will guarantee all of my work.”
The work on our basement was started on schedule and Gary and his men were there every day. Each evening they would sweep the area and remove all of the construction debris from our property. The estimated time to complete the project was right on target and in the end there were no additional charges or punch list items left to be completed at a later date.
Our whole family was extremely pleased with the home’s new lower level. Gary’s vision had transformed it from a basement into the classiest space in the house. We have recommended S. A. to friends, and would not hesitate to call upon Gary for any future project.
